Richard is an actuary with over 25 years’ experience, having led the actuarial, administration and consultancy practice of a large accountancy firm. He advises trustees and employers on a wide variety of pension issues and provides expert evidence in disputes. Working with trustees and employers, his clients include blue chip FTSE constituents and public bodies as well as small schemes. Richard is also a trustee of an industry wide, 200+ employer £1bn pension scheme and sits on the subcommittee responsible for deficit contribution collection and employer covenant issues.
Karen is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and has worked in pension administration for over 30 years. As an experienced administrator she deals with defined benefit and defined contribution designs and works with clients to ensure schemes are up-to-date with Government changes and necessary regulatory compliance. Karen is always mindful that members rely on our administration service and leads our administration operations.
Chris is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute with over 30 years experience. Having trained within a major pensions consulting firm, he provides consultancy and administration services to clients as well as setting up the new systems and procedures for new clients. In addition, he assists with all aspects of pensions, including reports to the trustees, winding-up of schemes and scheme tax with a diverse portfolio of trust based pension schemes. Chris is also an expert witness regarding disputes over an individual’s pension entitlement.
